Cat Assistance Team, an organization aiming to “humanely reduce the feral and stray cat population” in the District will conduct a weekend spay-a-thon called “Feline Frenzy” for D.C. cats at $5 per animal. “If cats could practice safe sex, they would,” DC CAT says in a press release.
