Voters will choose all the House of Delegates members using old districts, instead of newly redrawn maps.

With a new constitutional amendment, Virginia will hand responsibility for drawing districts to a bipartisan commission of lawmakers and citizens, instead of allowing lawmakers to do it themselves.
