Three days of events culminated with a rousing, if not lengthy final memorial service for “mayor-for-life” Marion Barry on Saturday.
Two memorial services are planned, one tonight and one Saturday.
Between 12th and 14th Street NW from Thursday until Friday.

Culminating with a memorial service at the Convention Center on December 6.
