A federal appeals court ruled today that they won’t delay its ruling striking down the state’s ban on gay marriage.
“I believe this case will prove compelling for the Court because of the stringent, discriminatory nature of Virginia’s marriage ban.”
The ruling only applies to Jim Obergefell and John Arthur, who is terminally ill.
