Officials arrested Coleman James Miller for the incident that took place on the U4 bus on Tuesday morning.
The V2 bus driver was taken to a hospital with minor injuries. No passengers were reported hurt.
Police are still searching for the driver of a vehicle that killed 23-year-old Jerrell Robert Elliot around 1 a.m. on June 23.
