Muncheez Mania, celebrating its grand opening tomorrow at 1071 Wisconsin Avenue NW, should be a welcome addition to Georgetown: a cafe-style restaurant that aims at allowing customers to pick up a quick bite to eat, or some late night snacks after an evening out. DCist was invited to preview their Lebanese-influenced menu, the result of input from General Manager Karim Najjar and Chef Bryan Yealy. Yealy says that they also plan to have special weekly menu items that will allow them to play around with other cuisines and ingredients.
