Christian Wingfield, of Hillcrest Heights, Md., was arrested and charged with first degree murder, D.C. Police said.
Police haven’t released a description of the suspect and are asking for the public’s help.
Duane Johnson agreed to a plea in which he would serve 30 years in prison.
