Cloud Descends on Dupont

After several weeks of renovations, Savino Recine is set to open his new dining lounge at One Dupont Circle. Recine, whose eponymous Savino’s Café and Lounge previously inhabited the location, closed his three-year-old fine dining restaurant and lounge after realizing the marriage was less than optimal.
