The group backing an alternative design for the Eisenhower Memorial could take a page from the history of the Lincoln Memorial.

Last year, the Eisenhower Memorial Commission created a website featuring images of President Dwight D. Eisenhower inserted into modern-day scenes to help build support for the controversially designed memorial.
