Including failure to officially register as a political committee and failure to file a financial report.
The District’s Office of Campaign Finance is investigating Patrick Mara with just four days before a special election in which Mara is seeking to win an At-Large seat on the D.C. Council.

Over $113,000 Stolen From D.C. Council Incumbent
According to a new report, a former campaign staffer for incumbent Councilmember Michael A. Brown (I-At Large) stole more than $113,000 from campaign coffers.
