Have you heard of D.C.’s Big/Bright? Well if you haven’t, allow me to introduce you to one of the funkiest dance groups to hit our scene. The five piece, helmed by DJ Autorock’s (Adam Dywelski of On & On fame) slick French house production flourishes and some Fred Falke-esque bass, have only a five track EP and a handful of shows to their name, but things are heating up for the band. Their biggest stomper “French Dude” is a slice of nu-Disco highlighting Chelsea Mitchell’s brassy vocals. Check out the track below and listen their five track EP for free if you feel so inclined.
