The latest rumors about the Capital City Diner moving to Columbia Heights and serving Kosher deli and Asian fusion cuisine are still pure conjecture, the restaurant’s founder says.

The Capital City Diner may have found a new owner interested in keeping the popular eatery local.

United owner Will Chang and Robert Tanenbaum and Marla Lerner Tanenbaum, owners of the Nationals.
