The man was arrested for unknown reasons, and released shortly after. “I’m just hoping for accountability and for professional behavior,” he said to reporters Friday.

U.S. Park Police Officers Who Fatally Shot Bijan Ghaisar Turn Themselves In To Authorities
“Our heavy hearts are a little lighter tonight knowing that the police officers who murdered our son and brother are closer to being held accountable for what they did,” the Ghaisar family said in a statement.
Bijan Ghaisar, a 25-year-old accountant, was shot nine times after he left the scene of a minor fender bender on November 17, 2017.
Jeoffrey Richard Williams has been charged with two counts of second degree murder in the July 10 crash.
“Eight and a half months later, we have no answers. There is no accountability. There are no names,” said Kelly Ghaisar at a press conference on Friday.
