D.C. has the best park system in the country for the third year in a row. But some in the city say the ranking doesn’t match reality.

The District is still in the top five on what’s known as the ParkScore.

ParkScore index shows 97 percent of Washintonians and 98 percent of Arlingtonians are within a 10-minute walk of a park.
