The Top Chef star is planning to focus on her new pastrami shop, Smoked & Stacked.

The new sandwich shop brings two things D.C. could use more of: pastrami and quick breakfast sandwiches.

Chef Barry Koslow (formerly of Tallula and Mendocino Grille) is partnering with David and Nick Wiseman to open DGS Delicatessen (District Grocery Stores) at 1317 Connecticut Avenue with a target of Summer 2012.
