Labor Department Lawyer Accused of Sexually Assaulting Co-worker Had Throat Cut in Jail Cell

Paul Mannina, the U.S. Labor Department attorney who was arrested last week on charges that he broke into a co-worker’s home and sexually assaulted her, was found dead today in his cell at D.C. jail.
