Off-duty Pentagon Force Protection Agency officer David Hall Dixon fatally shot two people after he suspected them of breaking into a vehicle.

The off-duty officer told Takoma Park Police that he fired his gun after observing what he thought was a break-in of a vehicle, according to officials.
