Denizens of Mid City, barraged with sad business news over the last few weeks, finally were handed a shred of positivity on Saturday — Pulp, the much-loved gift and card shop with the iconic purple exterior at 1803 14th Street NW, will not be closing in November.

The small business exodus from the 14th Street corridor continues: last night, Borderstan reported that Pulp, the gift and card shop with the iconic purple exterior at 1803 14th Street NW, will be closing on November 23.

Pulp Plans Memorial for Owner Ronald Henderson

He was 56.
