A new report from VCU and the Northern Virginia Health Foundation traces the 400-year history that has resulted in big health and wealth gaps between neighborhoods.

From its earliest days, the coronavirus hit Black people and neighborhoods the hardest, and the pattern has not changed since. 

The clinic’s head nurse says providing vaccines to this community is coming “full circle” with the pandemic.
