Says Danielle: “Figured it shows how much it rained over the weekend!” Very true, although a minor cycling detour is hardly the extent of the issues caused by this weekend’s heavy precipitation, as you can see from the next images in the gallery of the currently underwater Washington Harbour in Georgetown.
