A grand jury indicted Sean Christopher Urbanski on one count of murder in the killing of Richard Collins III on May 20.

These latest changes in the wake of campus murder come after UMD president heard from students about hate-bias incidents.

The funeral for Richard Collins III is slated to take place at 11 a.m. in Upper Marlboro.

They include creating multiple task forces and reports to “foster an environment where hate is not tolerated.”

The fatal stabbing of Richard Collins III on the University of Maryland’s College Park campus is being investigated as a hate crime.
