D.C. aims to triple the number of cameras, including 140 new bus lane enforcement cameras and 122 new speed cameras. But not everyone thinks the cameras are working to make city streets safer.

If you want DDOT to look at creating a speedbump or adding a four-way stop, changes to the process may have made it more difficult. DDOT says that all requests will eventually be studied.
