There are hotel rooftops, revamped restaurant rooftops, and more places to sip from above it all this summer.

At a congressional hearing tomorrow, D.C. Director of Planning Harriet Tregoning will ask that the 1910 Height Act be amended so that buildings can more flexibly use their rooftops.
