In separate incidents, one man was killed and another victim stabbed in the District yesterday. On Friday at around noon, 53-year-old Anthony Lynn Willford was shot and killed on the 2300 block of Good Hope Road SE. MPD officers found Willford inside a building suffering from gunshot wounds after reports of a gunshots. Willford succumbed to his injuries at a local hospital.
