Both Muriel Bowser and David Catania have criticized parts of the plan.
“The Mayor’s plan on school boundary changes is not ready,” Bowser said in a statement.
But one committee member says it was part of a thoughtful plan.
The new boundaries take effect during the 2015-16 school year.
