The project will repair sewer pipes along one of the most polluted streams in Rock Creek Park. Neighbors have been fighting to delay work.

The creek, which is next to Rock Creek Park’s Soapstone Valley Trail, runs between Albemarle Street and Broad Branch Road NW in Van Ness.
