Virginia Attorney General Ken “The Cooch” Cuccinelli is angry with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit for striking down his state’s anti-sodomy law in accordance with a 2003 Supreme Court ruling.

A panel of federal judges struck down Virginia’s anti-sodomy law yesterday, a decade after the U.S. Supreme Court ruled such regulations unconstitutional.
