D.C. developer Redbrick submitted plans to the city late last week showing a five-building, 650,000-square-foot development, dubbed “Sycamore & Oak,” at the historic St. Elizabeths campus.

The city is installing eight local artists and entrepreneurs at a new temporary retail development at St. Elizabeths East in Congress Heights.

St. Elizabeths East Gateway Pavilion may get a winter wonderland makeover treatment this season.
