National Guard Installs Lights in Dupont
The D.C. National Guard has temporarily moved floodlights to the Dupont Circle street where a popular local waiter was killed last week. In the neighborhood, other muggings have also occured recently despite increased police patrols. Dupont Circle residents are on edge after the fatal early morning shooting of a popular local waiter. Details as to what happened are becoming more clear.
