The Capital Weather Gang noted earlier this week that Washingtonians have seen a snow storm in five of the past eight years. Unfortunately that record will probably fall to 5-9 tonight, as flurries are the best we can hope for in terms of precipitation. Hopefully the Redskins and their similar record can fare better today….
