About 500 people rallied and marched through D.C. Friday night in an emotional appeal to stop the killing of civilians in Syria, saying “Aleppo didn’t fall, we did.”
“Our 10,000th Syrian refugee will arrive this afternoon,” National Security Advisor Susan Rice said.
A march in protest of the gun lobby is planned for Saturday and a rally to show support for refugees is planned for Sunday.
