Morning Roundup: The Heat is On Edition
Summer heat is one of those story-in-a-pinch type themes, there for newspapers when the vacation months grow long and no cat has been recently rescued from a neighborhood tree. David Catania’s Shady Money
Council-member David Catania (I-At Large) may have some explaining to do. Yesterday we received a juicy tidbit that might prove that Catania — a maverick legislator known for his fierce independence and intellectual capacity — received money from two of Washington’s least popular characters.
