It’s about the role D.C. residents’ complaints can play in determining how a business can move forward.

The third festival will bring 13 bands to The Pie Shop on H Street this weekend.

“I hope that it leaves people feeling empowered to honor themselves, feeling empowered to feel their feelings,” says lead vocalist Sasha Elisabeth.

The Pie Shop, located above the H Street late-night spot, will host local bands, along with watch parties, comedy nights, and other events.
