After posting a net loss of $183 million in 2013, LivingSocial will shutter its 918 F Street facility and stop producing live events.

A tax incentive package that will give LivingSocial $32.5 million between 2015 and 2020 in return for the daily deals company remaining headquartered in the District was signed into law today by Mayor Vince Gray.
