Progressive activists and the restaurant industry have been fighting for years over the fate of the tipped wage, and D.C. voters may again be asked to decide the issue at the ballot box.

That translates to about 2,000 fewer cases of the flu or flu-like illnesses a year.

The DC for $15 campaign says they are confident they’ll be able to get the necessary signatures to get it on the November ballot.
