Fear The Baxter?

Former Maryalnd Terp and Silver Spring native Lonny Baxter was arrested by Secret Service agents early this morning after witnesses reported hearing shots fired from a sport-utility vehicle near the White House. Baxter’s SUV was stopped near the intersection of 17th and I streets NW where officers found a handgun and spent casings inside his vehicle.
