The center’s more than 160 artists are eager for answers that could come out of a City Council meeting in December.
The arts offices in Fairfax County, Arlington County, and the city of Alexandria are offering free professional development workshops to support artists and arts organizations.
As more than a dozen artists are scheduled to pack up their studios at Alexandria’s Torpedo Factory, some artists say the new application process for leasing studios is “grossly unfair.”
