Warm Weather Means More Dog Bites for the Postman
Temperatures that regularly hit the high 60s and low 70s might be nice and summery for most of us, but for letter carriers, the warm weather means more dog bites.
Eight more suspicious letters have been collected at or en route to D.C. schools today, adding to the 28 found yesterday, all containing a white, powdery substance.
