Effective Tuesday, the speed limit on a seven-mile stretch of Richmond Highway south of the Alexandria city limits will be 35 miles per hour, down from the previous limit of 45 miles per hour.
The lawsuit alleges the ongoing construction to expand the I-495 toll lanes “has and will cause severe damage” to health, property, and the environment.

When I was in middle school, I was, for some reason, placed into the “gifted” student program. (Yup, sure putting that to good use.)
