D.C. DMV Ends In-Person Vehicle Registration Renewal
D.C. residents who are subscribed to the District of Columbia Department of Motor Vehicles email alert system were reminded Monday that the agency has discontinued in-person vehicle registration renewals. Sign Up for DMV Email Notifications
Today Mayor Fenty and DMV Director Lucinda Babers announced the launch of a new email notification service that reminds D.C. residents to renew their driver’s licenses and vehicle registrations online. To sign up for the service, visit the D.C. DMV web site, go to “Online Services”, and then click “Add/Update E-mail Address”. You’ll need to enter your driver’s license number, full name, SSN and DOB, and then activate your account via an email confirmation….
