GWU Professor Suggests Ladner Lawsuit

Supreme Court Justices Stephen Breyer and Antonin Scalia are scheduled to speak at Amerian University’s Washington College of Law from 4 to 5:30 p.m. on Jan. 13. The talk is provocatively titled a “conversation on the Relevance of Foreign Law for American Constitutional Ajudication,” which we can imagine is likely to produce some judicial sparks.
