The Washington Nationals are playing some very good baseball these days. That said, it shouldn’t come as a surprise that, as the team has played better, attendance has responded.

Glory days are here again, apparently. The Redskins are riding high, climbing back from a very shaky first half from Rex Grossman to somehow salvage a one-point win over an Arizona team with a Graham Gano field goal. As you can see, the newspapers, they like this Gano fella.

Yeah, it’s way too hot to be getting upset about the negative news of the day.

Did you miss last night’s All-Star Game? If so, you missed lone Nationals representative Tyler Clippard getting the official win as the National League took down their American League counterparts, 5-1.
