For awhile, the snow falling around the D.C. area was that great mix of beautiful and easy to pack. A number of folks around Logan Circle seemed to get the same idea in their heads — make a snowman. The circle was home to about a dozen round, chilly people on Sunday, with a few small groups, a couple tall ones, a fort or two and a
Statue of Liberty complete with crown and textured dress.
Unfortunately, most of them turned into disfigured lumps after the temperatures went up today, but it was neat while it lasted. The snow platoon was also a welcome respite from the dirty blobs of snow we’ve seen around the streets lately.
