10 Underrated Brunches In D.C.
The problem with the brunch scene is that it can kind of be, well, a scene.
The city and state are both kicking in to help the major expansion effort.
The distillery just started its first batch this week, but you can enjoy food and a drink menu focused on small batch-cocktails and brews in the meantime.
This includes a call from the restaurant which will plan a menu around your tastes.

Restaurant editor Andrew Knowlton called Bad Saint “the kind of place I spend all year searching for” and praised the “personal” menu by the Filipino-American chef that was borne of deep research into regional cuisine and lots of tinkering.
