DCist can’t believe it has been a year for Express. Riding the Metro has never been the same. Instead of bureaucrats staring aimlessly into space, now they’re mindlessly doing the crossword and reading quick blurbs from the AP … which makes us think … it’s sort of like a paper version of a blog.
