DCist knows that there are many Daily Show addicts out there who are already aware of tonight’s guest, but those who only tune in for a Jon Stewart diversion for time to time might want to catch this evening’s show.
John Kerry is set to chat with Mr. Stewart this evening at 11 p.m. on Comedy Central (for all our non Eastern-time readers, please check your local listings for air times in your region.) Tonight’s appearance is Kerry’s first national TV interview since the controversial “Swiftie” ad launched and his first Daily Show appearance. The Emmy-winning show and its popularity with the 18-34 demographic might make it the perfect choice for the Democratic
presidential candidate.
Given Stewart’s humorous and usually astute commentary, DCist will be
casting an interested eye toward tonight’s interview. Perhaps we can
glean a few more witty remarks to bandy about.
