The Metropolitan Police have arrested the man they believe responsible for the killing of a waiter who worked at a Dupont Circle restaurant. The 19-year-old suspect, Kurt Williams, admitted to the killing while he was questioned after being caught after a robbery Wednesday.
The murder was part of what has been a spate of crime in the Dupont circle area which has caused police to increase patrols in the area and install temporary floodlights in dark areas.
