Kayti Didriksen’s notorious painting of President Bush, “Man of Leisure: King George” (which was originally part of the City Museum’s “Funky Furniture” exhibition until deemed unsuitable for public display) can now be seen at Modern ARF in Clarendon.

— This evening, head to the next installment of Artful Evenings at the Phillips Collection. Elizabeth Hutton Turner, the curator of the newly opened exhibit “Calder Miró,” will lead a discussion of the visual dialogue between the two major 20th century artists. $8 entrance for nonmembers. The Post explores the friendship of Alexander Calder and Joan Miró and how it artistically affects the exhibition.

— Provided the weather is nice, check out the 7th annual Bethesda Row Arts Festival on Saturday, 11 a.m.-6 p.m. or Sunday 11 a.m.-5 p.m. The event features the work of over 170 artists in various media. Christmas shop early and you’ll benefit the NIH children’s charities.

— For those that don’t want to head to Bethesda, Barracks Row on Capitol Hill’s Eighth Street SE has its own street festival on Saturday from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. DCist will be there and we hope you will too. (Saturday will also be the last day to see the Art Walk along Eighth Street.)
