Unless you’ve been skipping out on Wonkette, the Post’s Lisa de Moraes or anyone who comments on the performance of political pundits, you’ve heard plenty about the comments of Jon Stewart of “The Daily Show” during a special visit to Friday’s “Crossfire.”

If you want to read the specifics of Stewart not wanting to be Tucker Carlson’s “monkey,” or the “asshole” comment, check out the official transcript.

DCist was able to snag a ticket to the sold out show (and took this photo), filled mainly with parents in for George Washington University’s Colonials Weekend. (CNN uses George Washington University’s state-of-the-art studio at H and 21st streets NW for “Crossfire.”) All we have to say is that we officially hate Dusty Springfield, the Bare Naked Ladies, and Simon and Garfunkel.
