As we posted yesterday, the as-yet-unnamed D.C. baseball team has finally told expectant fans when and how they can purchase season tickets. But that’s not the only exciting information to be found on our nameless team’s website. As of Nov. 1, the team has officially began seeking qualified individuals to fill a number of positions within the organization.

Obsessive about baseball stats? You may be an ideal Manager of Baseball Information. Want to be Tony Tavares’ right hand? Why not apply to be the Administrative Assistant to the President? Love the ole’ riding mower? Apply to be the Grounds and Turf Manager. Think you have ideas better than Scooter, the talking baseball? You should be the team Scoreboard Producer. Prospective applicants are warned in advance that all jobs may require long hours and availability for all 81 home games. DCist isn’t sure, but we suspect that unlike certain segments of the baseball industry, salaries may start off rather low.
